Out of hours emergency
If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinics are closed, please call us on 01759 371066.
A dedicated veterinary answering service takes phone calls and contacts the veterinary surgeon on duty, who is then able to deal with requests.
Please note that if your pet needs to be seen by a vet out of hours, the vet might ask you to go to the Stamford Bridge surgery rather than your local branch. As the main branch, Stamford Bridge is fully equipped to deal with emergencies of any nature, which the branch surgeries are not. We don’t have a clinical member of staff residing on the premises at all times but should your pet require hospitalisation then the veterinary surgeon on duty will attend to your pet as and when s/he feels is necessary, depending on the condition and treatment regime required. We also have a nurse on call 24-hours a day to assist the veterinary surgeon in the treatment of your pet, should this be required.
