Battle Flatts has a long history of working with wildlife groups and rescue organisations. We regularly treat a wide variety of native wildlife – everything from birds of prey to hedgehogs. Working in close association with Jean Thorpe of Ryedale Wildlife Rehabilitation, we aim to return as many of these back to the wild as possible.
We have particular experience with wild birds of prey and regularly perform orthopaedic surgery and medical treatment with a high success rate. We are happy to advise other vets on wildlife cases.
